The Most Beautiful Parks in Dubai
Think of Dubai and you picture glittering, towering skyscrapers, magnificent boulevards and huge malls. However, this desert oasis is also home to some utterly charming parks where you can escape the hustle and bustle for a while and find a cool, shady place to relax.

Mushrif Park
Established in 1974, this is one of the oldest parks in Dubai and a real hidden gem that’s hugely popular with the locals. Covering over 125 hectares, it’s a big green space that also doubles up as an environmental oasis and nature reserve. Recently, it’s added extra attractions such as an astronomy center and even a theatre, so there’s plenty to see and do here. Parking can be a little bit hit-and-miss depending on when you go, so get there early to avoid spending the morning hunting for a parking spot.
Dubai Miracle Garden
An explosion of colour and fragrances, this incredible garden is a one-off. From a floral walkway with heart-shaped garlands scenting your way to houses and even aeroplanes made of flowers, it’s a genuinely breathtaking spot and one that will offer up a thousand different Instagram moments. VIP parking is available, as are food and drinks stands, sitting areas and family-friendly play areas. This is one that will draw you back again and again, it really is unique.
Al Mamzar Beach Park
Dubai’s beaches are incredible, lined with soft sand and safe water for swimming and paddling. Zabeel Park
One of the largest green spaces in the city, you’ll need all day to explore this wonderful park. There is a reasonable amount of parking close to the entrance, so you can pack a picnic and spend the day in the shade of a tree while the kids play in any one of the many playgrounds. There are lots of places to grab a cold drink or an ice cream too, making this a perfect family-friendly day out.
